I have been given a salary increment letter just today, announcing a substantial % increment for 2008. I am happy with the increment and can use the extra money as savings.

But in the back of my mind I know this is some sort of trap.  A trap to keep you slaving 9-5, a trap to keep you within the comfort zone, a trap to think that this is all you deserve.

For someone like me, a person that has bouts of poor self-esteem, who thinks that maybe ‘I can’t succeed online afterall’ even before she starts working on an online source of income - the increment is very reassuring.

But I must break out of this cycle, I must learn to want more, to yearn for better financial standings, to achieve what I want to achieve that is to be financially free. That is why I would need to work out a blueprint to achieve the goal I have set out.

Currently, I am working on a niche site to monetize on Google adsense (niche site business model) and an online specialty store (selling online business model).

I will share on this blog my experience with these 2 Internet business models from its inception as my potential sources of online income. It will be a holds no barred type of sharing as I will be documenting steps taken, failures, successes, etc.
